A large 17th century antique carved wooden term in the form of a female figure.
Designed with flowing hair, an ornate necklace adorning her naked torso, swollen belly, on a tapering leafy-scroll carved pedestal, topped by an Ionic capital.
Possibly fruitwood or walnut. This figure was once an adornment to larger scale piece.
Provenance - Sourced from Suffolk, England.
Condition - Good as per the images. There are traces of old historic, inactive, woodworm however this has been treated as a precautionary measure.
Size - Height 81 cm (32").
