An early 17th Century Italian antique domed top table box decorated with its original needlepoint embroidered fabric and brass stud work.

With a gilded iron carry handle at each end and supported by four gilt gesso lion paw feet.

With a wooden carcass.

The lid, which is joined to the carcass by way of original wire hinges, opens to reveal a compartmentalised interior. The interior has been varnished historically.

Condition - As per the images. There is surface wear commensurate with age and some light degradation to the original fabric. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
