An early 17th-century antique carved oak term.
Most probably Flemish origin.
The pediment with decorative scrolls above a full-length standing female figure, clutching flowers at her chest supported by a shaped plinth base with leaves and foliage below.
Provenance - Sourced from a private collection based in Norwich, England.
Condition - Applied to a later backing for support. Surface wear, specifically to the female's nose where it has been touched and rubbed for many centuries. Please refer to the images. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
