A gateleg table of small proportions and of rare form.
English origin. Possibly used as a wine tasting table.
The oval plank top supported by an unusual triangular gateleg action. With turned legs on block feet united by stretchers.
Provenance - Unkown.
Condition – Please refer to the images. There are minor repairs to the plank top. One leaf may be a replacement. There are slight surface scratches and general wear. One leaf is slightly unlevel in comparison to the rest of the top when fully open. This a useable and functional piece of furniture. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
