16th-Century Antique Stained Glass Panel In The Form Of An Armorial Shield 2 Of 2

A 16th-Century antique stained glass armorial shield set within a lead frame incorporating a rampant lion supporter flanked by three roses and a cross below.

The symbolisim is most likely to be of Christian significance. This panel, and another panel we are offering for sale separately, may represent a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in Spain by an individual who commissioned both pieces.
