A charming and rare late 17th-Century German antique stoneware cobalt blue and tiger-glaze decorated bellarmine jug / bartmannkrug.
Of baluster-shaped form with typical mask and three decorative medallions applied to the body.
The string rim, handle and base remain intact with no signs of restoration.
The jug displays very well.
Provenance - Unknown.
