A William & Mary Period English antique oak spindle-filled mural cupboard, circa 1700.
Having a moulded cornice and bead-moulded frame, the large single door with one shallow row of baluster-turned spindles over a deep row of conforming spindles and moulded base. The door opens to reveal an interior with two shelves.
Provenance - Ex-Tony Chapman Collection, West Yorkshire, England. Included in an inventory and assessment by Victor Chinnery, dated 2001 (no.12).
Condition - Good as per the images. Good patination. The lock escutcheon is missing to the door and the lock appears to be a replacement albeit has age in its own right.
Size - 77cm wide, 27cm deep, 83cm high (30 1/3" x 10 2/3" x 32 2/3")
