19th Century Antique Slipware Tankard
A 19th Century antique earthenware tankard with slipware decoration.
Eastern European in origin, possibly Hungarian.
Decorated in underglaze brown, green and ochre.
With a flared rim and baluster-shaped body and carry-handle.
Provenance - Unknown.
Condition - Good overall. Please refer to the images. There is some craquelure to the glaze commensurate with age and two very minor frits to the rim. The tankard displays well. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
