A child's antique oak lambing chair of boarded and nailed construction.
18th-Century. English origin.
With a shaped cresting rail and three carry-holes to the boarded back flanked by shaped wings arm rests, plank seat and boarded plinth base.
Provenance - Unknown.
Condition - Please refer to the images. In solid condition. There are general surface marks and wear commensurate with age. There are traces of old woodworm. This is historic, inactive and treated as a precautionary measure. The backboard/support may have been replaced historically.
