A late 17th-century antique brass candlestick, probably Swedish, featuring a cast brass body with multi-knopped stem and single candleholder. This substantial example reflects Northern European craftsmanship and the evolution of domestic lighting in the Baroque period—perfect for collectors of antique brassware and early Scandinavian furnishings.
Provenance - Unknown.
Condition - Good as per the images aside from some age-related surface wear. The stem has been secured to the underside of the base by way of a hand-made screw. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
