Occasionally a genuine 15thC Nuremberg antique bronze alloy "Bearded Man" two branch candelabrum crops up.
An almost identical example, in pewter alloy, is in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum, New York, USA.
This one has been in my own private collection here at Holt Antiques for some time however I am now placing this on the open market for sale.
Whilst lacking it's three feet, aside the loss of these, it is 100% authentic and not one of the later 19thC or early 20thC copies.
Provenance - previously acquired from a private European collection. Subsequently owned by the owner of Holt Antiques.
Condition - Good as per the images. Lacking feet as mentioned. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
