A pair of large 19thC English antique stoneware figures depicting the Lion and Unicorn. Emblematic of Great Britain.
In salt glaze on a stoneware body.
Condition – as per the images. The lion has a chip to the top of his mane which has been reattached historically. The Unicorn’s horn / (also known as an alicorn) has been professionally restored and reattached. These display incredibly well.
