Description

A charming piece of 17th Century Scottish antique folk art.

A scrimshaw decorated bovine horn. Made as a love token and naively decorated with a love heart andΒ  stylised flowers and inscribed “PJ”, flanked by a stag on each side. To the end, the further initials of “RW” is carved into a wooden plug.
