Description

A mid 19thC Irish antique chair of primitive form. Attributed to County Antrim.

Constructed from mixed timbers including ash and beech.

With a shaped cresting rail and turned spindle back, slab seat and four turned legs.

The chair retains a large proportion of its original green paint.

Condition – as per the images. Good overall.

Size: Back Height 78 cm x Width 45 cm x Depth (of seat and including sloping back) 35 cm x Seat Height 41.5 cm (30 3/4″ x 17 3/4″ x 13 3/4″ x 16″)
