Late 18thC Primitive English Antique West-Country Made Windsor Armchair
A primitive antique Windsor armchair of late 18thC date, attributed to the West Country.
Constructed from mixed timbers including ash.
With a single bow back with spindles, shaped arms and slab seat supported on four legs united by an “H” Stretcher. The legs are secured to the seat board by way of wedges.
All-in-all, this is a charming period antique country chair which is becoming more and more difficult to find
Condition – as per the images. Good overall.
