Late 18th Century Primitive Antique Wrought Iron Candleholder or Rat Tail Candleholder

A late 18th Century antique wrought iron candleholder.

Constructed from an iron coil with a hanging hook (also known as a “rat tail”), over a circular drip pan and tripod base.

Attributed to France or its surrounding Countries.

Condition – Good as per the images. The foot is missing in-part from one of the legs which form the tripod base. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
