Large & Impressive 17th Century Antique Carved Oak Panel Depicting a Faunus

A charming 17thC carved oak panel of elongated form.

The pediment is carved as a woven basket overflowing with fruit and foliage and below, a full-length figure of a Faunus, terminating on a scrolled plinth base.

Condition – Good as per the images.  The oak has a lovely skin/colour. There is some minor surface wear commensurate with age.
