Description

A charming, large, 17th Century antique carved oak term that portrays a female figure with scrolling pediment above, swathed in robes and playing the lute, her legs supported on a shaped plinth base.

Continental origin.

Condition – This panel/term is likely to have originated as a decorative adornment to a piece of period furniture now long since lost. Please refer to the images. There is a minor aged-related loss to the top of the pediment and plinth base. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
