Description

An early 19thC English antique treen folk-art carved dairy bowl.

Most probably elm.

Turned on a pole lathe.

The outer surface has been carved with scrolling serpents, a stylised flower, line-turning and egg-and-dart pattern.

Condition – good colour overall. Please refer to the images.

Size: Diameter 27 cm x Height 11 cm (4 1/4″ x  5 3/4″)
