An early 18th-century oak, yew and fruitwood inlaid ‘spice’ cupboard.

English origin.

Of boarded construction, with a plank top, the single raised-panelled door with a brass escutcheon and knob, the centre inlaid with a large central starburst, conforming spandrels, and all framed by yew wood crossbanding.

The door opens to reveal an interior with a single shelf.

Condition – as per the images. The is evidence that the interior was originally compartmentalised however the dividers have been removed historically. A further condition report is available upon request.
