19th Century English Antique Salt-glazed Stoneware Pottery Pistol-Shaped Whisky Flask Dated 1882

A 19th Century English antique stoneware pistol flask with a hollow barrel.

Used originally as a whiskey flask where a cork stopper would be placed in the end of the barrel.

Decorated in salt glaze.

Personalised with the name “William Cowie” and dated “1882”.

Possibly made in Staffordshire, England.

Condition – as per the images. In good condition. There are no traces of restoration or cracks. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
