An 18th Century map sampler of England and Wales, the coloured stitch entitled “Ann Dalmer Fry” and dated “1792”.
Records indicate that Ann Dalmer-Fry was born on 23rd January 1747 in Corsham, Wiltshire, England. She married Richard Fry on 15th April 1773 in the same locality adding his surname to hers. She died about 1805 and was buried in Corsham 13th September 1805.
Condition – As per the images. There is age-related surface wear to the fabric and minor discolouration. Presented behind glass and set within a plain brown wooden frame. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
