18th Century English Antique Brass Spectacles Case

A rare 18th Century English antique brass spectacles case.

With naive scratch-carved decoration to the front and verso incorporating scrolls, flowers and foliage.

The top is hinged and closes by way of a push button clasp which is fitted to the main body of the case.

Condition – as per the images. There is some surface wear commensurate with age.

Size:  Height 6.5 cm x Width 5 cm x Depth 1 cm ( 2 1/4″ x 2″ x 1/3″)
