An oval-carved limewood panel depicting The Virgin standing over the serpent with lilies in her left hand.
18th Century in date and of Continental origin.
The panel is decorated in original gilt-gesso and polychrome.
Condition – as per the images with an old dry surface. The carving displays very well. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
