A late 17th Century English antique leather costrel.
Originally used as a flask for the carriage of water or other liquids.
Made from hand-stitched leather.
The leather has developed a lovely patina and hardness over the passage of time.
Condition – Please refer to the images. There is surface wear commensurate with age and an age-related minor tear to one corner. A further detailed condition report is available upon request.
