Rare Matched Pair of 15th Century English Antique Carved Oak Rood Screen Fragments

A rare matched pair of 15thC English antique carved oak fragments from a rood screen.

Each decorated front and verso with leaf and bud spandrels and remains of tracery. Both have feint traces of their original green and red polychromy.

Condition – as per the images. With a dry surface and surface wear commensurate with age.  A further condition report is available upon request.

Size: Each = Height 20 cm x Width 11 cm x Depth 6.5 cm (8″ x 4 1/4″ x 2 1/2″)
