By repute, possibly a member of the Paston Family albeit the sitter is unconfirmed.
Unsigned. The picture bears an old label verso (see last image).
The sitter portrayed wearing a wig, stock and jacket.
Condition - Presented behind glass within its original gilt slip and frame. Some craqueleur to the oil commensurate with age.
