A late George III armorial panel - originally a trade sign and royal warrant for G & O Bredge, Coach Makers, Cheltenham.

Almost reminiscent of a Hatchment, this panel is painted with the Royal Coat of Arms with the Order of the Garter, flanked by a crowned lion and a unicorn as supporters, with flags behind, above a banner painted 'G & O BREDGE, COACH BUILDER, CHELTENHAM.

Present in a later moulded pine frame.

Condition - some surface dirt and craqueleur apparent commensurate with age.
